I can't describe how much I love the food here. Many Sichuan style restaurants can't find the balance of oil and spiciness.... However, Full moon finds the right balance for me. On top of that, the barbeque pork fried rice here is the best in the world(at least the world I have been living for 34 years). The aroma, the right balance for sweetness for bbq port and saltiness ofseasoning, and huge portion! Other recommended dishes are triple beef, cumin lamb, any spicy dish like fried chicken. Spicy fishand tofu is also a great option to balance the heavy meat out. It is the place you shouldn't overlook. Read more

So so good. That’s a bummer. I should have been there earlier. It was my last day in Monterey. I definitely recommend this... restaurant. I tried fried rice and kung pao beef. They were delicious.
