Visited on a quiet Thursday lunchtime. Ordered our food at the counter (rather than self service machines). We were greeted and... served immediately. Staff seemed friendly. Our order was correct and food was good. There is a sign up stating no free refillson any drinks which was disappointing. Toilets were clean but bin was overflowing. Ordered at touch screen and was invited to take and enter a tent number so food would be delivered to table. It wasn?t and order... was left on counter to collect. Drink was missing which to be fair was quickly sorted but I then took a bite of my 1/4lbcheeseburger to find it was still raw in the middle. Very rude staff: Got a spicy chicken burger and Hot oil squirted out of the chicken patty after the first bite. First time here and probably the last. Ordered my order through the self service kiosk with a tent number based on the... instructions on the kiosk that food will be delivered to my table. Waited 20mins for it and still no delivery. Went up to thecounter to check and the lady was super rude and giving me attitude that my table number was called multiple times. Firstly,isn?t it supposed to be delivered to my table? If not what?s the tent for? If this system is not available, don?t even allow fororders from the self-serve kiosk or just put up a notice that order from self-serve kiosk is to be self picked up. Even though the ordering machine told me there would be table service, they did not bring our food to the table. The machine... did also not print out any receipt for me to see my order number.
