Jeremy needs to be fired. I called to order a pizza at 12 and was told it was gonna be an hour, so I told him no thanks. I went... in there 15 mins later and he wasn't doing anything. He didn't have any orders and was just standing there trying to get myfriends attention after telling me it was gonna take an hour for my food? (Edit) went in there after being told it was gonna bean hour and 30 mins. They lied and told us they had an order of 30 pizzas and didn't. Jeremy lied yet again. Love this Read more
Ordered pizzas for delivery through the app at 6:30pm says it will be 115 minutes I was fine with that, I ended up calling at... 8:55 pm. I asked if it would be much longer on my delivery, first he says it?s not expected until 8:47 which is what the appsays I didn?t ask for it at any specific time, just how long they told me it would be, I said yeah, it?s past that time. He thenproceeds to tell me that he?s going to have to cancel my order because there?s nobody there to make it and that he?s there allby himself. So I?ve got hungry kids who waited over two hours for pizza to come and right before every other place closes intown. Maybe somewhere in that two hours they could have called? Being that in two hours they still hadn?t had these pizzas evenstarted? I am absolutely dumbfounded as to how this even happens on a Saturday night at that? All I was told is that my moneywould be back in my account. WOW. And the point of telling me when they were ?due? was for what exactly? Just ordered a pizza and after waiting 15min pass the time our cheese pizza was fine but the pepperoni was cold and obviously... just thrown into the box. I try to call to ask about it and got no answer two times. This place is normally pretty good but wasreally unsatisfied this time. I won't be bothering this place on a busy night again. Read more
Always 60-90 minutes for an order, dont matter if its busy or zero customers. And expect to wait an extra 10 minutes since they... wait til last minute to start on your order. And 80 minutes to get a sub???????? Read more

My wife wanted to buy me a cup of good coffee on our way home from a veterans function. This Casey?s store hasn?t had real sugar... for coffee for the past several weeks. I commented again last week as I did the week before, that perhaps they could use one ofthe several 4lbs bags of sugar they still had on the shelf in a small cup or dispenser. They have used the same unrealisticexcuse for the past three weeks. It seems they are to lazy or inconsiderate to justify any future visits from us or our team.Fortunately there are plenty of other better managed locations that would love to sell a cup of coffee to a 30 yr veteran onVeterans Day.
