I visited the Montezuma store on Saturday. I placed an order for a 10 piece nugget meal, a deluxe quarter meal, two apple pies... and and order of cookies. The total was 20.15. I was instructed to pull down to one of the parking spots to wait. The firstmistake was my pies and cookies were missing I had to tell the employee that came to the car what I ordered which is the firstmistake if you're telling me to pull down you should know what cars you instruct to park in the waiting area. My pies andcookies were left out of the bag therfore she went back in to bring them back. When I got home to eat all of my fries were coldand stiff which let's me know they were left under the light for awhile. My burger was cold and my bun was stiff. The nuggets Iordered for my daughter were also cold. This establishment is horrible I avoid eating there but it was my daughter's idea to goand try it out again and I was highly disappointed as usual. I'm sure The employees there wouldn't want this type of service ifthey were patronizing a restaurant. Something has to change there aren't many restaurants in this area and for me to spend over20 on a meal and not be pleased with my service is a disservice for the customer. It's absolutely ridiculous. Just close alreadyso maybe the city will bring a restaurant and owners that actually care about the customers who allow them to provide for therefamilies. It's extremely to many young people there without instruction and unexperienced managers. Read more
I wouldn't give them one star but this was the only way I could figure out how to leave a review. They were so rude that me... and my family just walked out. I will not be back. I have never seen such bad customer service ever. Read more

It's very difficult for the employees to make simple orders. Very difficult. Like, can't even make a plain iced coffee with... light cream. Literally ice and a little cream. They hand me a cup that looks and tastes like milk. I asked the lady to make itwith less cream, and she hands me another drink that looks the exact same. Read more
