I sat in line for approximately 20 min only to have employee come to window asking me what I ordered, this AFTER I had already... paid. What the heck!? Y'all just lost a potential weekly customer.. ???????? .. 11/3/22 Addendum: Regarding your reply, thereis absolutely no excuse for such confusion...You literally had 3 employees running around trying to figure out where my orderwas, and never found it or even apologized, just like now. You literally expected me to wait another 20-30 min AFTER I hadalready paid. In the meantime your line was backed up to the street, everyone was held up. Sorry, but try again. Read more
Well you can't go inside since covid, the food is very good. I just don't like the long line in the drive thru. Good food.
Service "used" to be great, lately chicken wings overcooked similar to saucy cardboard. Then ones just slop sauce everywhere... including inside bag, was a total mess. Last time we order from here, customer should not have to wash off dipping sauce cupsbefore serving because your staff shows no care other than got a job. Read more
