I had my 9 year old sons birthday party here today. Mark and the crew were absolutely amazing! Mark checked on us constantly and... made sure we were having a great time! Initially, the customer service was so poor we nearly changed our mind; however, knowing a large work group was meeting... encouraged us to push through. It certainly improved (not sure what was going on) and bowling with my husband and coworkers wasan amazing time. I am thankful we made the decision to stay. It may have been a short-staffing issue. We always try to keep thatin mind. Still, it costs nothing to be friendly and respectful and it goes a long way! Read more
