I appreciate that this location tries to keep it clean and work as a team. Multiple servers checked on us and the manager came... out as well to check on us. Used to be Applebees was on the lower end of restaurants and the more upscale steak houses were abetter experience. Not so much anymore, I have had terrible service and poorly cleaned restaurants for the just 6mos ao it's anice surprise to have friendly attentive service and a cleaner environment. Might just stick to coming back here more often fora more consistent experience. Read more
I like eating the food there, but I wish they would look at your online order closer, because they seem to leave something out... EVERY TIME. So because I can basically feed me and my 4 children from the 2 For $24 menu, I hope for the best on my returnvisit. ??????????? Read more
Never going back again. Jakayla?s customer service was awful as a waitress (bad attitude and didn?t give us a straw or ask if we... needed anything while we ate. And the greeter didn?t even actually greet us. She just said ?you want a booth or at able for two.She also wasn?t in place. We had to wait for her to finally walk up. Stopped in about 12:30 PM Sunday May 1st at the Applebee's in Montgomery on Taylor rd. . There were 4 at our table... We all... ordered a drink and an appetizer.... While we were waiting on the drinks I noticed a family of 4 come in and be seated....Before we ever received our drinks I noticed that family already had drinks and appetizers.... We finally received our drinksand I just happen to be facing that direction and notice the family were already receiving their meals.... Before we ever gotour 1st meal that family had already eaten and left the restaurant... There were only 5 or 6 tables of folks in there at anygiven time... Well.... an hour had passed and we finally started receiving our food.... well.... 3 of us did.... we waited andwaited and finally just gave up on the other plate and shared what we had.... we had been there 2 hours by then and they broughtmy friend's plate out... We told them to cancel of course... The waiter said he would have to get a manager... We told himplease..... The food that we received wasn't terrible..... The service was biased and probably the worst I have ever received atany restaurant. I am not sure if it was racially motivated or the fact that we were all on Bikes.. Good ribs, but could have been more tender. Great tasting french fries. Slaw good too.
