I often pick up food at this location since it's closest to where I live. Issue is 9 out of 10 staff is rude and disrespectful... on occasion using profanity. My breaking point however is the flickering light above the pick up window in drive through. Why?My husband has seizure disorder and this causes him seizures and migrains that last hours. Weve asked over and over again whenit will be fixed so we can come back to eat here. Every time they claim that someone will be fixing it in the next week or so.It's never the truth. When asking staff we both pointed out why it's important to us. Well I pointed out while at the same timewatching my sizing husband. How is any of this ok? The lady who took the order spoke where you couldn't understand her. When she gave me my total I heard something completely... different from what she said. I gave her the amount that I heard and she kind of got a attitude with me. Than she told me thetold again and she was still low so I misunderstood again. When it was time to give me my change back. She gave me incorrectchange. I informed her of the mistake than she got another attitude with me. We went back and forward about the change aboutfour times. I ordered a cheeseburger and a frozen coke and this is what I got. They gave me a small frozen coke and charged me the same for... as a 16 oz. Even in the receipt it says 16oz but this is a 8oz cup. This is not how you suppose to do business. I will not beback to this location. Read more

I'm ngl it's almost comical how bad this place looks, and how horrible the service is lol. The drive thru signs have been busted... for at least 2 weeks so you can't read over half the menu lol. The service is so slow even when they have multiple staff insidelol. It's fast food so I don't expect much but it's just funny to me. Read more
