Have had nothing but issues from this location since the day it has opened. I have given this opportunity, as well as my family... has given this opportunity more than enough time and money to fix their issues. The staff is unprofessional, they asked me topull around from drive-through window so that they could bring out my croissant sandwich, which never happened I had to get outof my vehicle after 15 minutes in reiterate, with my one order was and they had forgotten to make it. Never mind the lastincident that I reported to corporate when the drive-through employee did not put the top on my grandmothers coffee on securelyend, spilled coffee on my grandmother?s hands while she was getting her coffee from the drive-through window. So at this pointthis particular location gets a zero out of 10 . DO NOT RECOMMEND this location . I always have issues when I come to the location and the workers in drive through seem to have attitudes. This Dunkin? has changed drastically since I?ve been here last time. The employees literally ignored me and wouldn?t take my... order. They acknowledged the girl in front of me, but swiftly left as soon as she saw me. The employees are so rude now, andthey just simply didn?t say a word to me. Asked them to remake and they stated... they put the wrong sticker on the cup but that doesn't change the fact you could taste the sugar. Asked for a refund since theydidn't want to remake the drink and then they got irritated that I wanted a refund and literally had to call to get approval.Absolutely ridiculous and rude!
