First Watch is that breakfast place you go to for a little more modern or hip-style meal. They have a variety of items to choose... from including omelettes, eggs, Eggs Benedict, fruit bowls and much more. Prices will set you back $15 to $20 a person dependingon the food you choose. On our visit we were seated quickly. I did do the ?get in line? on their website but for whateverreason, any time I do this for this location, they never can seem to locate where I?ve signed in. Luckily, we?ve usually beenseated pretty fast at this location anyway. Today, I went with traditional eggs breakfast, over-medium that was served withskillet potatoes, bacon (you can choose your own meat), toast and marmalade. I added an extra side of sausage and a cup ofcoffee. The eggs were a little more over done than I preferred and were a little scorched. The potatoes and bacon were good butI have to say that in the future I will not go with their sausage links. They were very dried out and had more of a graycolor?almost like a turkey sausage but I am assuming I was served their regular sausage. Regular sausage should never be thatdry. My other party members went with The Works omelette which I?ve had before and is pretty good. Again, the eggs on theomelettes were also scorched pretty good around the edges. Our waitress was very polite and accommodating, continuing to checkin on us throughout our meal. Most First Watch locations are pretty consistent with their food and service with those occasionalvery long wait times. I?ve never really been to a location where there was a major problem with my meal. We will continue tovisit First Watch from time to time. Read more

They gave me my own coffee pot, I appreciated that. I don't like having to wait for a waiter to refill my coffee. I also always... feel obligated to get a refill whenever they ask me. I could be on my fifth cup with my eye twitching, but if they asked me ifI'd like another, I'd still reach my trembling hand out. Bar tenders are allowed to cut people off. Waiters at breakfastrestaurants should be able to do the same with coffee. It may be upsetting at first, but it'd be better for my overall health. Ithink I drink coffee to the point of sickness at breakfast places because I'm trying to get my money's worth. I want to getenough free coffee to the point where it would pay for my breakfast. It's the same reason I'd never get only 1-3 mimosas if theywere bottomless. Or go to an all you can eat buffet and only leave feeling adequately full. Anyway, the food and coffee weregreat here.
