I have dined in as well as placed orders over the phone for pick up and every time I have nothing but a wonderful pleasant... experience. I can't remember his name, but the times I have been there he was working answering the phone and helping everyonewho walked in whether they were there to dine in and eat or picking an order up to go, but he is definitely the best and youwill leave with a smile on your face!! Every restaurant needs one of him working there!! I would definitely recommend Shane's toanyone. For a chain bbq restaurant Shane's Rib Shack is great! I can rarely choose what I want so my go to is the sampler plate. (Pulled... pork or chicken, ribs, grilled or fried tenders, toast and two sides). I love all of the protein options. The Mac and cheese isgreat. Also don't miss the peach cobbler If you have room. My husband picked up our ribs & chicken combo on 2/1/22. The ribs were so dry & hard that I could barely chew them. The chicken... thigh was ok, but it had no seasoning on it. The chicken breast had a feather bone in it & the breast was dry as well. Why wouldyou give a customer dry ribs and chicken if they are paying their money to get food that is cooked right. It?s sad.
