Really disappointing experience. First, I couldn?t order on the app even though it?s very slow at the store. Second, I had to... wait nearly 10 minutes for my order. Finally, an employee called my name to inform me that they don?t have iced coffee. How doesStarbucks run out of iced coffee in the summer? Was offered no alternative or gift card or anything.
