We stopped by because we heard the live band who were great & the bartenders were friendly which is always appreciated. We asked... advice on cigars and were provided with excellent customer service :) Read more
Food and drinks were good when we finally got them. Service is what caused it to be 3 stars or it would have been higher
so, haven't been here since pandemic this is third stay. during pandemic, I enjoyed live music and a full menu in the Exchange... Bar. this time, however was different. they had a very limited menu. If I wanted fried chicken, which their's is very good, Icouldn't enjoy the music but had to go in to the restaurant. waiter checked with manager, and that was the rule, veryinflexible. I went to get it 'to go' to take to the bar, which is apparently possible. great live music, great service, drinks,food if you can get it, but horrible interpretation of rules - make the customer happy and make the full menu available in thebar.
