The taco bell at joliet mall is awesome! The customer service is awesome the Manager there is great! I am talking about inside... of the mall! Trust me worth going there. They are also very clean! Read more
This Taco Bell in Montgomery is pretty good. The food was good, looked good, packed tacos, packed burritos, packed Mexican... Pizzas. Friendly staff. They didn't BS on how many sauce packs you get per item (I didn't ask for a lot, just 3-4 per largeitem). However, the Taco Bell on 75th Street and Lemont Road in Woodridge/Downers Grove, they said you only get one sauce packetper item. Which, to me, was BS. This in Taco Bell in Montgomery/Oswego was pretty decent and the people that worked there werenice and respectful. I will definitely go back to that one. Read more
Shady place. Bad service, and bad manager too. Order number 384728 by Cashier: Christina. They shorted me on one item thru the... drive thru. When they past on the food, they don?t give you a receipt until you ask for one. When I got home I called and theguy said he is the manager and asked me to drive all the back even if I wanted a refund. He declined to give me a credit on thephone. This is the shadiest place. Had yet another terrible experience at this exact same Taco Bell for breakfast. Terrible service. Zero care in the world. I... asked for iced coffee gave me warm coffee so I asked her. Could I get some iced coffee instead? And she proceeded to say no,wait a second and give me a cup of ice and then let me dump my hot coffee into the cup of ice which obviously did not hold up.She also asked me if I wanted sauce for my breakfast goods and she proceeded to not give me any sauce after me replying.
