had a great experience, i definitely don?t agree with all of the one star reviews. customer service was great, I asked to have... my drink remade because the ratio of hazelnut syrup to vanilla syrup was off. this young lady-hutton, i made sure to ask hername-was more than happy to remake the drink and reassured me that it was no problem. such a breath of fresh air, most peopleget surly the second i bring um the syrup ratios.
