There was a new menu item (potato soup) that I didn't care for, and I wasn't even going to say anything, but when an employee... came over and asked me how everything was, I told him the truth about how I felt. He was so sweet about it and bent overbackwards trying to offer me different remedies, alternatives, etc. Good pizza, great salads, outside seating with beautifullake view, and outstanding customer service.
