I ordered a pizza on 9/20/22 the lady that took my order said I would get my pizza in 30 minutes, it came came 1 hour later,... the driver said to call store and let them know what happened and my next pizza would be free, I spoke to manager and shelaughed saying that was the call center that had told me that and they shouldn't have said 30 minutes, she said she couldn'tgive me a free pizza, she continued to interrup me and wouldn't let me speak, then another rep got on phone and eventually hungup on me, they did say there was no one above them to speak with, u can bet your bottom dollar I will find someone. Great experience here! It's not often you can place a "carry out" order and only spend 5 minutes total in a restaurant but leave... impressed by the level of customer service...but that's what happened! Not only was my pizza ready & hot, but I was greeted byseveral employees upon arrival. They even showed me the pizza before I left to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it!Seriously, it was a perfect pizza and a perfect customer service experience. Read more
