I visited Ledo?s yesterday for a lite dinner, I order a Gyro and a small Caesar salad, the salad we delicious, now for what was... supposed to be beef & lamb looked like an ole cut tongue from a shoe, it was dry & leathery as was the, oh no the sauce wasn?teven on it, the entire gyro was a bust whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves for even sending this out to acustomer, ask yourself if I have you a dry leathery gyro you would be happy with it. I should have bought it back but I threw itaway. This is not how good should be served to customers period!! Next time I know to open up my food before I leave out of yourestablishment. Read more
Have you ever thought to yourself, ?I wish customer service was what it used to be, pre-pandemic!? Well this location has it. I... had a rocky start placing an order over the phone because they were busy and closing soon. After arriving had been a little bitof miscommunication and the order was never placed. The lady at the front rushed the order for me and apologized. Then managerwas informed and took the time to hear out my concerns. She then offered me to refund or credit me and truly would not let meleave without a smile on my face. She was so extremely kind and pleasant it was a true joy to get customer service of thatlevel. The manager, April, not only apologized, she offered solutions! I mean let?s get real that rarely happens in this ?laborshortage? work force. It was just extremely refreshing to know that she cared about the people that walked in. She even went asfar as to make sure that after closing she serviced and feed an elderly man that walked in with no hesitation or complaint.Mistakes happen and I just want to say thank you to April publicly. We love Ledo?s! And we make it a point to get their pizza any time we are in Montgomery Village, MD. Their thin-crust large is... indeed LARGE and is great as leftovers too. And their tagline - Never Cut Corners - always makes me smile ???? because of theirrectangular pizzas ???? Just one suggestion - please add olives to your veggie pizza. Trash location. She really answers the phone and hangs up. She blatantly hangs up on every customer that calls. She?s trash and... I don?t give an eff if they are understaff. It is rude and inconsiderate. I will never come back to this location and I suggestno one else bother with these incompetent employees. The most disrespect I?ve ever seen from a restaurant staff.
