This place has never made my coffee right. I ordered an iced coffee with two creams and sweetened caramel, and they gave me what... looks like 5 creams with unsweetened caramel. It?s the nastiest coffee I?ve ever had. I went to the Dunkin in English village afew hours later to get a new coffee and LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE. The coffee on the right is perfectly made. Terrible customer service. Never greeted with a smile or a hello, A thank you is out of the question. They forgot an item that I... ordered, I checked order before pulling away. Cashier looked angry that I was still at the drive thru window, not happy as heopened the window and said WHAT, was upset with me that I wanted the muffin I ordered and paid for.
