We went there last week ordered on the kiosk and as we were waiting on our food another couple came in and started to order and... canceled it. They seen a cockroach crawling on a workers hat. We seen it running on his hat about the same time before heswatted his hat on the counter to knock it off. We canceled our order got our refund and left. Read more

This Taco Bell was very clean. Our food was served hot and the staff were very friendly.
I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me just to recurve the wrong order and when I went... back around the lobby was closed and had to wait another 20 minutes to get the right food all because when I ordered they rangup the wrong items, which might I add was way more expensive than what I actually ordered and was given serious attitude like itwas my fault. Seems to be a reoccurring theme in this town. Not very welcoming anywhere. Sad since it's a tourist town. Butanyway, they did fix the order and gave me extra food instead of a refund for the price difference. Read more

1 star because that's the lowest I can give. Not the first incorrect order I've gotten from here. I asked for a large Baja blast... Mt dew. She told me no large cups so I got a medium. Then I find out there's no Baja blast. I don't drink Pepsi products andthen I couldn't get my money back for the drink. And then I ordered 2 Chipotle ranch burritos and both had no Chipotle ranchsauce. Seriously if I were to make a misteak at work I'd have to fix it.
