The customer service needs some work, I am sorry to have to say. Four out of five times I get the feeling that I am an ?unwanted... burden? as a customer. Note: I have experienced this solely going through the drive through, in the evening (I won?t mentionwhich night of the week). Not the way you want to leave a customer feeling? And I do not get this from other places I go veryoften, or it?s usually a fluke if it does end up being a bad experience. The employees would benefit from some training on theimportance-of and how-to be cheerful and thankful to patrons, leaving them glad they came and wanting to come back for more. Employees were not very friendly, coffee was standard...nothing special here. Music was loud and obnoxious.
Just wanted a morning dark roast fresh brew. Was not disappointed.
Coffee. Yaaaaa! Only problem i have on a continuous basis: my order is large dark roast, no cream or sugar. Just a coffee.... I NEVER get a hot cup. I think they are so busy making fufu drinks that an actual cup of coffee is a foreign concept. Haveasked for a pour over, but that's more expensive. Can't i just get a hot cup of coffee?!?!
