Visited 10/23/22 about 2pm when the drive thru and dine in were very busy. One young women was handling both the cooking and... the front counter orders and another young lady was handling the ice cream orders and the drive thru window orders. Bothhandled what would have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation with such efficiency and pleasant mannerisms it wasamazing! What a well oiled machine and impeccable clockwork! I?m never coming here again. This place needs new staffing. I have issues every time I come here. The drive through takes way... too long, I get told to wait and then I get a snotty order taker. Then It takes 5 minutes at the window to get 1 blizzard. Lasttime I simply left without my food because it was way too long. And forgetting items is very common. Do not come here. Read more
Every table was filthy, I had to clean and wipe my own table, our food came with cold and very old fries,(which we got after we... were done eating, they sat under the heat lamp for 10 mins, we threw them right out) I asked for fresh fries. There was no icein the pop machine, and finally the woman?s bathroom was disgusting!! Do we not che o on the bathrooms during the shift?s!? Thetwo boys working the kitchen, one with pink hair and a tie dye bucket hat the other didn?t even have a uniform on spent moretime outside the back door on the phone, I will never return to this location. they?re is only 1 other family in the lobbytonight. Placed an order for a number 1 with NO lettuce, tomato, or onions and with EXTRA cheese. The first sandwich I got had NO extra... cheese so they decided to throw 2 slices on top and microwave it. This caused the cheese that was on it to be melted tonothingness and the 2 on top weren?t melted at all. So they tried a 3rd time. Don?t know if the guy was a manager or just a rudeand disrespectful employee but I watched him put bacon in the fry grease for about 5 seconds and then onto my sandwich and putit all in the microwave. The bacon was soggy and the sandwich was still somehow cold. When I pointed out that after 3 attemptsthat they still didn?t do it right and wanted a refund he told me that was fine but I wasn?t going to talk about his staffsinability to make a simple order. Seemed to get even more irritated when I pointed out that he made it the 3rd time and it wascold this time after just coming out of the microwave. The staff I dealt with was rude and didn?t seem to care wether customerswere happy or not. Each time I went up because it was wrong they got more and more irritated. When I pay for something I expectit to be right and if it?s wrong I don?t want attitude for you to fix your mistake. Read more

We stopped at this Dairy Queen off if I-94. I ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, it was mostly vanilla ice cream and pie crust.... They did not blend it at all, barely any pumpkin in it. My husband ordered a small twist cone, we where curious why our totalcame to $11 and some change. We pulled up to drive thru window and they gave us 2 blizzards, we told her we didn't order the 2ndBlizzard so she gave him a medium twist cone and said that should be about the same price.
