If everyone who had a negative experience here wrote a review, they would probably be out of business. The owner is one of the... rudest, most hostile people I've ever met and is unnecessarily rude to customers. She will limit the amount of time they canspend there, tell them when they can or can't read a book or use a computer, etc. She is a micromanaging, rude, control freakand makes the entire experience so unenjoyable. If she didn't come in, I would go there regularly because her staff, who I'mshocked want to work for her, are great. If they stay in business long term, I will be shocked. Read more
