Mad taco is one of my go-tos for good food, and the Montpelier location is my favorite. Although, word to the wise, the tacos... and burritos are way better than the sandwiches. Small but good drink list. Homemade hot sauces. I could eat their tacos ALLDAY. Read more

I have a 10-year-old daughter who is a self-proclaimed picky eater. I picked her up from her camp one afternoon this summer and... I was ravenous as I hadn't eaten since the morning. Her suggestion that we try the mad taco was surprising given her pickinessbut we opted to drop in there for a bite to eat. They say hunger makes the best sauce so perhaps I was primed to have a goodexperience but the enchilada that I ordered was absolutely delicious. And she was very satisfied with her being and cheeseburrito from the kids menu! I have since been back several times, always expecting that the food would not match the rapturousmeals I had had previously. But every time I have come away immensely, satisfied and blown away by how good everything was.Equally importantly, the people who work there are absolutely delightful, at least the ones I've encountered. Honestly, very greasy. Not a pleasant experience due to tacos that were basically inedible. They were interestingly flavoured. ... Never have been in a place that offered tacos with curry salsa...??? They had...really strange flavors. Bathroom and place wasalso so dirty. The guacamole was getting dark, with sweet flavor....!!! Sorry i will never return to that place:( Read more
