Although a tasty pizza we were quite shocked at the extremely high price of your food.. never in my life have I paid $35 for a... pizza with no toppings and then to add three drinks nonalcoholic and a side salad and pay $60 . This place is amazing!! We were passing through Montpelier on our way home from a trip and stopped at the first place we found.... The inside was really cute and there was an outdoor patio. There wasn’t a large menu, which was perfect for my indecisiveness.This was the best pizza we have had in a long time! The crust was *chef’s kiss*. We left with full bellies and probably a fewpounds heavier from each eating our own pizzas (and bread sticks, yikes). But still, I would definitely do it again. Stop hereif you get a chance! Woodbelly Pizza catered our wedding party this past weekend and we couldn't have been happier! Everything went super smoothly... and the food was truly special and delicious! I originally booked them in 2019 but had to change dates twice due to the pandemicand they were super patient and communicative as I changed my mind 1,000 times. It was really fun to have the wood oven goingduring the party and all the creative toppings made it an adventure. All of our guests loved it and were impressed at howquickly they were able to keep the food coming all night! Had a crew cater a party at our wedding. I could not possibly be more happy. The team was punctual, polite, professional, and... performed admirably. Shout out to Scott for being very responsive to planning emails, was a large weight off the shoulders tohave it so smooth. Moreover, on a personal note, they were *awesome.* Personable, enjoyable, invited to join in the festivitiesand were a great addition to the party on top of their professional responsibilities. Specifically made sure the bride ate, andtook the time and attention to get us EXACTLY what we wanted, and brought it to us. Was highly impressed. Cannot recommendhighly enough. Wonderful team. I entered the shop rushed, desperate for a lunch at 3:00 pm. While many restaurants were closed on this fine 4th of July, this... shop was open for the people. We entered and were greeted by two people operating the pizzeria, a cashier and a chef. I wasquickly left with a taste of mild disappointment after being notified by the lack of toppings available for my pie. Little did Iknow this misfortune would be made up for by the supreme quality of the pizza. This pizza made me feel like lightning McQueenwhen went tractor tripping with Mater. I felt pure joy when submerging my taste buds in rich sauce, melty cheese and savorymeats. The pizza had a fresh authentic feel, and succeeded in avoiding being too thick or thin. The dough had black char marksadding a charcoal flavor. Overall: 4/5. Though I wish I had more options for my pizza, this pizza couldn’t be any better. Read more
