The food was good, nice portion. I had the boulettes with white rice and red beans sauce
Usually i get good service and great food from this place but today was absolutely horrible. I ordered on UberEats the "légume... portion". In the past, this option has always come with rice. I receive a phone call from a young lady claiming she works at therestaurant and the portion no longer comes with rice. I say the menu must have changed. She refuses to listen, insist that thiswas never the case and hung up on me. She calls again demanding i cancel the order; I say it's not my responsibility to cancelsince the restaurant changed their menu and is now refusing my order. She was terribly rude, refused to listen and let me get aword in. As a Haitian, i try to support Haitian restaurants and used to even recommend Flap Flap to non Haitians. I will nolonger be doing that. One thing i hate above all is rude service. Read more
