Very nice food, good portions and great service but the meal was cold.
Maybe in person it?s ok but don?t order from there because they do not care and lack common sense. Unless you like your eggs and... meat cold (not warm, COMPLETELY COLD) and covered in chocolate, order from competition! I specifically asked for my crepe to pepackaged separately, all tho that common sense. But they still did not. The boxes where placed vertically in the bags soeverything came squeezed at the bottom and cold. One item was missing, and the didn?t bother to add common spreads (peanutbutter jam) with the bread which was also cold. Very convinient to just send you off to complain to ubereats know darn well theywon?t do anything! The only thing I could eat (half of, given that nearly the other half was dipped in Nutella) was the mashedpotato. My husband who was starving barely touched his plate! Went for Sunday breakfast, i was the first customer, arrived shortly after it opened. The manager/owner greeted me and... apologized for not being quite ready, some staff delayed on account of problems with the metro. Told him I was ok with a shortwait as long as I could have a coffee. I sat down, my coffee came quickly, I read my newspaper while waiting. A few othercustomers arrived, one larger party. One waitress, never came over to greet and check if I was ready to order. She did take theorder of the second party, then spoke to the larger party. I literally had to wave my arms to get the waitress' attention, shecame over "Oh, I didn't think you were ready to order, reading the newspaper".(!!) Not a good start, I gave my order. The foodcame quickly and this would have been a 5 star score except for the service. I had to wave down another staff member to get mycoffee refilled. The food was excellent, nice presentation, the fruit fresh, just lovely. Good coffee too. Waved my armes againto ask for the bill. Was charged for the wrong item, I pointed it out to the waitress, by now the interaction had gone sideways.She walked away and a moment later the manager/owner came, apologized and fixed the error. My beef with many restaurants is thatowners/managers do not give their staff the knowledge and skills so that their staff can confidently talk with customers, servefood and not feel overwhelmed. I felt bad for the waitress, she could bring food to the table, but was not taught/shown how totalk to customers. Frustrating for her, but for me too, being ignored.
