The service was great, the salads were great, but the pho was bland. The raw beef in the pho was served entirely in one piece... and was therefore difficult to eat with chopsticks. Read more
I had pho bo, fried donut in bitter chocolate, and daikon salad. I?ll focus only on reviewing the soup. I?ve had amazing Pho in... Montreal and even more amazing all over Vietnam. Their broth basically consisted of water, nutmeg, cinnamon. It was quitebitter to the taste. No fat, no beef taste, and tons of green onions on top. Not sure if this is their attempt at fusion withlocal flavours or of if is the result of supply chain disruptions. Almost seemed like they used too much water or not enoughbeef.
