Polite young staff sure I will add an extra star when i come back to order again however I asked for beef ribs they gave... something else. I drove back to the restaurant. I sent back the order and they gave me the beef ribs and the remainingdifference in cost. I asked if the order can come sooner and they said it will come as soon as possible. I understand they hadother customers that had just ordered, but I ordered 30 minutes before them and because of the mistake on my order, perhaps theyshould have taken the wait time into consideration. Still waiting as we speak. So additional to the 25 minutes I had waited forthe first order (which is fine) I now find myself waiting for another 25 minutes for a recorrection of an order, it's notright. I understand it was an honest mistake on their part and not a huge order so I let them keep the 15% tip. But man.Please improve the customer service by being more tentative. Read more
