Big fan of the franchise, but not this location. 2/3 times I went, they messed up my order. I?d recommend going to the Guy... location - more efficient and they make fewer mistakes. This time I ordered through the app because there was a long line. Istill had to wait about 45 minutes because the staff didn?t notice that they received an order through the app. On top of that,they forgot to add tapioca. Unfortunately, I didn?t realize until I got home and by then it was too late to go back since thelocation was closed. Super disappointing ???? Read more
Favourite boba place! I put a 4 because I don?t like their milky ones. Recommendations : Berries cheese cloud, mango cheese... cloud, any mango smoothie and strawberry green tea. Read more
Give them a visit when you have strong cravings for boba. Even at 30% sweetness it is still too much for my liking.
Ordered two M2 (mango coconut), very bad quality, nothing compared to the other Presoteas. Main problem was the texture of the... ice, very liquid not at all icy, you could feel chunks of ice in your mouth. I recommend Presotea to reassess this franchisee. Read more
