I've been ordering take-out and at this restaurant for over 35 years, It used to be just because they are closeby , with time, ... they have kept renovating a lot, a little noisy, but they serve good food, fast delivery, it's well worth giving it a try, Ilike their food and the prices are not overblown like the fancier restaurants.
