Good vibes, lots of place to seat both inside and outside. Good happy hour deals. Taking off the star for some of the service... quirks. The service from Dexter was very nice. As the sun was coming out, we decided to switch to a different table. As we satdown a waitress came to tell us that we are now in her section and we can?t don?t this, so need to sit at a different table. Theother couple wanted to move and she told them not too, as they will be out of her section. She made us move, instead of simplyexchanging a table with our waiter. I can appreciate needing to have sections for the tips, but it?s for staff to figure out -not for the customers. Read more

We chose the terrace for dinning and the ambience was really pleasant. The service was decent as well. We tried the crab cakes... which was really yummmy. One plate has only 2 crab cakes and lots of salad. The chicken wings were decent with lots of fries.Tried one of the vegetarian option. Linguini primavera, which was very nice. Lastly for dessert, we tried the creme brulee whichwas just delicious. Read more

I visited this place right before F1 weekend 2022. The atmosphere was pretty amazing and the service was really good considering... how the entire city is severely understaffed. A pretty decent beer selection normally, however they were out of quite afew. The menu was also paired down to deal with (what I assume) the influx of customers and scarcity of people to prepare saidfood. I enjoyed a Churchill burger with French fries. The burger had a great char broiled taste and was quite delicious. Thefries were pretty good but could have been more crispy. My companion really enjoyed her salmon tar tar and also said she wouldlike to return. I?d love to visit again! Read more

This was the high point of our visit to Montreal - the whole trip was great (thanks for asking!), but this just returned to top... it all off. We were taken here for a couple visits with local friends who chose Winston's because it stands out so much. Ok,the mural of Leonard Cohen also stands out, but I would say that Winston's matches it; the pub and the nightclub both provideguests with the best - great food, great service, great entertainment. The whole of Crescent Street is entertaining; we walkedthrough here on our first night in town and that made us want to come back. When we came back a few days later we were given thebest at Winston's. The pub was a super place to spend an afternoon sipping drinks on the deck. We shared a bunch of dishes: thepizza was simple but fulfilling - the crust worked beautifully with the tomato sauce and pepperoni and there was an excellentamount of cheese on top. The poutine worked just as well - we all wanted even more when it was done - and from there we lovedthe jambalaya and shared a couple tasty salads to try to be healthy. It all was all looking and smelling - and then tasting - sogood that I didn't get any pictures of food! (well, only the last slice of pizza) The hostess and waitress were so nice andgave us a little tour of the different floors in the afternoon before the club opened up that evening, so I took some photos. The club - Winnie's - is a big space and it filled smoothly. There's a few bars in there, a lot of bartenders, and great bottleservice at the tables! The DJs kept the club thumping - ah, it took me back. Most people were a lot younger than the few in ourgroup that are middle aged, but the whole place just worked for all. We wandered out to the street and then went back upstairsto finish the night off. Again, the whole street was having a good time but we loved Winston's. Excellent staff again, and agreat selection so we got a wide range of drinks enjoy; and easy way to have something diffe Read more

I like the idea of this restaurant! Lovely and nice! A good place to have fun with your friends or it can be a good place to... have romantic chatting with your love! I should advise you about the cisar salad! It has amazing taste! I'm not glad to pointout one thing that night we were there about the beautiful waiter who was served us! She hadn't polite behaviour! And she madeus surprised! She was young but it's not good excuse to be like that! Read more
