I experienced terrible service at this particular location. The man serving me was being passive aggressive and cut me off... halfway through me stating my order in english. He said hello again and re-started his introduction with an arrogant french fromfrance accent. I completed my order in french but this is no way to treat a customer. The sandwich he heated up for me wascrooked so the cheese was leaking out into the bag. Read more

Great Starbucks on the corner of Guy and Maisonneuve, it is clean, the staff are helpful and the key to the bathroom is left on... the pastry display case so it is easy to access, You can see the entrance to the Guy-Concordia Metro from the spacious patio.The John Molson Business School is right across the street. This Starbucks is in the centre of everything, making it one of thebest ones that I have been to. Read more
