I just came back from dinner at this place and I'm really surprised at the rating after the fact. My wife and I ordered the... Chateaubriand for the two of us and we also ordered some appetizers. We are from out of town and didn't realize we could bringour own wine. Thankfully I called ahead and inquired about this and brought a bottle. Service was great right off the start andall of the dishes were delicious. We do like the keg and we would rate this place better than them. When we come back toMontreal we will be back here. It was delicious and absolutely great value for the money. We didn't order any extra but theyhave unlimited fries and I will say they are very tasty. Read more
Hello, If you are expecting a "Great Steak" or the "Best" cuts did you check the price level? This place is what it is, a good... location (just outside of old Montreal, near square victoria, not close to the hot sports), A nice interior, friendly staff anda meal that's reasonably priced and tasty. You also get unlimited fries (though I could not profit from it, :). It's good food,not the best, but good value for what you get. Most Surf and Turf would be a lot more than what was charged. So as long as youaccept what they are, a reasonably priced Steak restaurant (remember sides included) with a nice seating arrangement then you'llbe fine. Best meal we had in Montreal! Steak & fries is beyond our expectations. Peppercorn sauce was done in perfection. We also liked... octopus appetizer, scallops and calamari. Besides steak w fries, we had side of mushrooms, salmon with fries and Tuna tartlet.Service was very efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
Delicious!!!! The steak was great, the salmon was amazing and the salad was excellent! We found this place because it was close... from the hotel we are staying , we didn’t check the reviews before and it was a sad surprise to find out this has a lowaverage of stars. the Food was AMAZING the place should have 5 stars!
