One of the employees was complaining about her work the whole and distracting the other employees. Still got the order right tho
Avoid this location at all costs. The workers do not know how to make sandwiches. They false advertise what's on the menu.... Bathroom we not accessible, even after buying. They need to really improve their image. Read more
Ordered a salad from UberEats. The dressing was wrong. The salad was a wet mess, the bottom of the bag that is basically a swamp... rather than a crispy salad. I called to ask the manager what happened, the only one there was the employee who did my order. Iasked him if he realized he handed me a bowl of wet goop, he said: "Oh yeah, I know, the salad always comes like this..." Ordered a signature steak and guac today (17/06/2020) on UberEats. Very disappointed. I ordered the signature one and got a... small amount of steak when on the signature one, you?re supposed to get the double dose. In the notes of the UberEats app, Iwrote that I wanted all the veggies, I got none. I also wrote that I wanted extra sauce, there was NO sauce at all. Very dissapointed of this subway restaurant. We came here with my friends and after ordering our sandwiches we asked if we can... use toilet to wash our hands, the workers said that there is two bathrooms, one for employes and the other one is for clients,but they lost keys from clients's bathroom, so they just apologized and said that they can really do anything to help us to washour hands, hope nobody goes here to eat with dirty hands, since they cannot "help you at all".
