Love subway in general but i went and ask politely the employee (who i believe is the owner) to fix his mask. He did, but... afterward he let us know that if it was up to him he would bomb china and that the mask were useless...i told him i work in thehealthcare system and small effort would really support everyone currently suffering from burnout but he simply ignore andwalked away. I like Subway so this in no way meant to be negative about the restaurant in general. Also I usually go to this location and... have never had a bad experience. On this occasion however I was very much disappointed. After getting my take out order andgetting home, I discovered that the bread the sandwich was made on was rock hard and had started to mold ! How in the world cana server not notice this before making the sandwich??? I didn't bother to go back to the store as I was tiered so I just threwit out. Horrible experience, it took a long time to get service! No one in line other than my son and I. Once the employee shows up,... apparently was having a bad day, you could see he was not a happy person. No patient, no going the extra mile. Really a awfulclient services experience. Normally I don't go to Subway cause my son one that is sub sandwich we have to go there becauseQuiznos was too far away. Honestly, never going back to a Subway. Had an Uber discount code, so figure I'd order some Subway. My son and I took the 12" steak subs and were REALLY disappointed. ... There was essentially no steak in the sub, but they crammed it with lettuce thinking no one would notice. The cows aren'tsacred here, so there should be plenty of beef to go around. Also, have a look at your Subway franchisee handbook under thesection "Don't be a Cheapskate Owner" and follow their guidance. Read more

If I could give 0 stars trust me I would. I?ve never seen an employee as rude as the one that served me tonight. I asked him a... simple questions and he didn?t even answer me and went to go hide in the back of the store. I called him 3 times he came backmumbled an answer and went to the back again! I asked him what?s his problem and could he please make my sandwich. He was sodisgustingly rude I should of just left. His boss needs to be really desperate to even keep him. The subway is next to Jean-Grouand I?m pretty sure they could easily find young kids trying to make money. Please get rid of your rude employees it?s not worthit. I will keep complaining until something changes. I will write a bad review everyday until I never have to see that rudeemployee ever again. And no I will not go to another subway. I want that guy fired or suspended or whatever but I will complainevery day if I have to and I will make everyone I know complain as well. Read more
