Terrible Tim Hortons. Staff is rude and doesn't care, place is always filthy and little effort is put anywhere. Food is also not... very fresh and the last 2 times even the coffee tasted awful. Never again. Read more
This morning at 6:14 I arrived Tim and was ready to pick up my online order just a simple wrap. So I crossed the people who wait... in line and went to the counter to wait for my food. Then there a lady come to say I should not wait here I should wait in theline outside! I just felt confused and said I have online order. She still seemed very angry with me. But I just want to get thefood that I ordered 20 mins ago on my phone! !! So I went to find another guy and ask how can I get a refund because I am losingtime and late for my job. But that man said he is making it for me ask me to wait for 10 sec. Eventually, I got my food but thatlady who shout at me really "made my bad day". In the end, I just want to say if you don't accept online orders then you shouldnot put this service in Tim Horton APP. I just felt very sad about what she did for me today and she didn't respect customers atall. Read more
Nice clean with plenty of indoor seating. Tim's in Montreal don't offer a steeped tea option for non coffee drinkers, but the... rest of the menu is basically the same as in Ontario . Hot breakfast was good, just my Tims muffin bread was a little burntaround the edges. Service is relatively fast. Read more
