Hi, tim hortons is good but their morning staff is very bad and their behavior with the customer rudely. Everyday I do the... mobile order. When I go to Tim Hortons totally staff are free no body makes the order. Then I tell them I ordered online. Thenthey start prepare the order. The worst Tim Hortons franchise ever for several reasons. 1. Lack of hygiene- the employees barely clean the tables, or... counters. The food shelves are messed up and certainly kills the appetite [Photo attached]. Additionally, the washroom is dirtyand misses toilet tissue or soap almost always. 2. Wrong delivery of foods- some of the employees barely care about the order.Some may be new (who may require proper training), yet the regular ones cannot deliver a simple order. Additionally, theproportion of food are not adequate at times (i.e., coffee cups are 20% empty, creams on bagels are very little, cheese onsandwiches is very little). 3. Unwelcoming attitude- a few of the regular employees always seem upset. (I understand the stressof being busy at time) even if the store is not busy, he may not show positive attitude while taking orders. There was one timethis particular employee started argument. 4. Unavailability of foods- the store tends not to have some items at times, even at5 pm [Photo attached]. Some regular items are expected to be available almost always. I have been in situations that I was toldsuch items are not available, yet it was given to a white person (may be because of racial discrimination). I had good memoriesat this store and losing interest to visit. I still visit the store only because it is located at the center of the huge market.I hope that the employer provides proper training to the employees and do random audits for better maintenance.
