One of the dirtiest TH that ive visited. And most of all employes are unfriendly. But i can say 2 star for the hot chocolate
Very bad experience , their cream and milk is expired . I was a regular customer used to come almost everyday . Suddenly the... iced coffee started to taste weird . After the third time in a row I asked for a refund and kindly said to the employee to checkthe machine . The manager was very rude to me and said « just don?t come back here that?s how the milk taste here » . Thisis the worst customer service ever I had . I?d rather go to their competitor second cup pay 1 or 2$ more and have a bettercoffee and better service . Don?t go there . Also their food quality decreased . Read more
Going to be honest: -Had two coworkers say the coffee is off, like milk tastes off and has happened a few times now -BE CAREFUL... if you order something with sausage. I have found it to be pink on the inside TWICE and it is a ground patty so it NEEDS to bethoroughly cooked. Please just double check -Sometimes the hash-browns are hard as a rock. -Service is quick. Great place for quick snack or drink with enthusiastic and welcoming employees. Even during peak hours, all the employees treat... customers with positive attitude and a smile on their face. Worst experience ever from this branch,if i can give 0 stars, i would. staff is very rude, garbage everywhere, tables are... disgusting, sticky and grimy. Ordered ice coffee and beef roast sandwich, which i always do everytime i go to timmys so i knowhow this sandwich looks like,feels like and taste like, only got a slice of beef that doesnt even cover the whole bread, inother branch, i get a heaping amount of beef, getting 1 slice is unacceptable because I paid 6.49$ plus tax and yet Im getting apathetic amount. The iced coffee wasnt closed properly and splashed on the table and on my pants, had the staff closed itproperly, i wouldnt have had issues, glad it was cold coffee and not hot, because that will be a different story. Again thestaff is very rude and very argumentative, blaming the manager, that they dont have this or that item. Very sad how our all timefavorite coffee and donut shop has come to this kind of customer service quality. So to the manager of this branch please see toit that your staff and crew are well trained on handling customers order and their complaints coz they bad mouth you for notdoing your job. Read more
