We are from New York, and believe Tim Hortons SHOULD take over Dunkin! BTW, breakfast sandwiches were amazing with fresh... ingredients (lettuce, tomato, etc) and donuts are just right (yummy, not too sweet). No exaggeration, the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been too. Waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the register after entering,... and then waited 20 minutes for my food while everyone else after me was served. Finally complained and got zero apology and theysaid my food would now be coming soon. Waited another 10 minutes before someone asked me why I was standing there. My food cameout 5 minutes later after a total of 35 minutes waiting. I received no refund, coupon, or even one apology. To top it off, myfood was literally freezing, and I received no utensils. Not one worker wore hair nets even the workers who did the food which is really not sanitary. Plus, the tables were not cleaned... at all there were a lot of garbage and food on it which was disgusting. This specific store was especially slow around 630 and they decided to train new employees during a saturday evening. The staff... were slow, and forgot my chicken in my buffalo chicken wrap. When i informed the employees they simply laughed. Additionally ihad to ask for my drink for me and my friend after 10 minutes of waiting for it and they simply forgot about it and completedthe order. I highly dont reccomend this specific store.
