Doesn?t even deserve one star.. The staff is very unprofessional and 2 of them aren?t even wearing a uniform. I don?t know how... is this restaurant still running with such staff. The girl was dressed like a person who?s going to a fashion show of what!!!!Action should be taken. Read more
I should have read the reviews. There's oddly no elevator music, no radio, nothing. It contributes to make the place feel... vaguely off putting. Place is a little small and kind of dirty. This is my second visit, and I just got handed a turkey baconclub without bacon on a cold 12 grain bagel and an avalanche of mayonnaise. My coffee is watery and tasteless. Kind of sours themood. I'm just going to go to the A&W a few streets away and get some hot food instead. Both visits only had two staff, oneworking the cash and making drinks, one working on sandwiches. Both visits had a couple of folks in line and 3-4 folks doingthat awkward crowd-waiting-for-orders thing. I'm dissapointed. Read more
They always seem understaffed, but if they aren't totally slammed they're pretty friendly. Mobile orders take a long time,... sometimes longer than if you were to wait in line. It's usually a little messy inside. Read more
Horrible restaurant. Uber Eats delivery took an hour even though they?re a 10-minute walk from me, will not answer the phone... when I call, forget parts of my order and let all of my iced drinks melt in the summer heat. Do better. Read more

Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I?ve been to but it?s the closest to my apartment so I have given it lots of chances. I?ve had... bagels that are black wrong orders, and I just ordered a latte with an extra shot and it tasted like milk, the door dasher toldme the espresso machine was broken so they put regular coffee with steamed milk. But still charged me for latte with extraespresso (7.50$). Absolutely ridiculous and not drinkable, definitely the last straw I am officially not going back and tellingothers the same. Read more
