Never had any issues there. Staff is always pleasant and food is decent Love stopping at this place when I go to wal mart for a... quick bite. But today there seemed to be an issue and the line up was not moving. When I got to put in my order, the managerhimself took my order and he was talking to me like a robot no smile, no hi, no eye contact and no thank you. It made meuncomfortable and I wasn?t sure if I need to wait for my receipt or just move along but he seemed to wait for the receipt tocome out. So I waited too, figured it?s best to have my receipt as it was so hectic there. But then he started taking the nextperson?s order? So I asked ? do I get a receipt ?? He gave me a look like: girl relax and gave me the receipt and said ? wow!?And made a gesture to the client as if I was crazy and rude ? I guess he somehow misinterpreted my confused question for anattack? It made me sick to my stomach and competently lost my appetite. If I ever see this man again I will not set foot inthere. I think this has to be the most worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands... and it smelt like homeless people. There were 2 urinals and both of them were broken and all that was left was the toilet. Theplace was completely unsanitary. This also goes for the lobby there was paper on the floor stains all over the floor it lookslike the place hasn't been mopped in 2 weeks. I went to place my order and saw a large crowd of people for take out Food Dudefrom food ordering services. The manager who is also serving and Taking the orders was exclusively looking looking to fulfillthe orders for the take out drivers. I've must have waited about 12 minutes before she even acknowledged that it was there oreven said a word to me prior to taking my order. Usually it's customary to say something to the client like hello and thenpossibly say if they're busy I'm just gonna take care of these orders and I'll take your order right away but nothing of thesuch. They seemed to be extremely busy even though they had a lot of staff stuff. The Burger was thrown together with no care inthe world. I will never eat at this location ever again. Read more
Service always slow. Disorganized. Staff wont tell you if your frosty will be melted and to find out when you wish to enjoy your... ice cream treat for you to buy another and the same thing happens after you tell them your frosty is melted and not scoopable.Told them next time to let people know. Only issue I've had with them. My husband likes to order from there often. He lovestheir cheese bacon burger. I love their nachos and cheese. Read more

If is Wendy's (because is mixed with Tim Hortons,) the place needs as soon as possible to be renovated, the staff try the best... with the costumer service but because is always full , they can't do their best. Is just a person cleaning that dirty placenot even talking about the bathroom..
