We came back today to celebrate a birthday and to enjoy this Spanish restaurant serving authentic delicious food. Try to get a... reservation at their patio and enjoy the fountain, the food and the sangria. We loved the jamon Iberico and setas y trufas, both of which we ordered for the first time. The queso fundido, pulpo de la casa and mariscos de la casa were as good as thelast time. We ordered too much food, we couldn’t finish the paella marinera. The Basque cheesecake and churros con chocolatewere both amazing. What a finish! Kudos to Roberto for taking care of us tonight! Read more

Best to make a reservation. The atmosphere is lovely, especially outside. Romantic feel. Live music just adds to the pleasure of... it all. I love the sauteed mushroom appetizer, salmon, and white wine. Remember, tapas are for those who love to share plates.Great service, too. I've been here many times over the years and it's consistently a positive experience. Read more

Casa Cordoba definitely feels like a hole in the wall in the small village of Montrose. I've lived my entire adolescent and... adult life in Montrose, and yet I've never even thought about eating at Casa Cordoba, until now, that is. I entered the frontgate and was transported to the city of Cordoba, Spain. Walking on the Spanish terracotta tiles towards my table, I looked upand noticed the various and colorful Spanish flags hanging from the walls, the vines that draped over the walls, as well as thebeautiful fountain towards the back of the dining area. My family and I ordered the Tortilla de la Casa, Mariscos de la Casa,Pasta Espanola con Mariscos, Albondigas, and the Pula de la Casa. All of the food tasted great but the highlights of the nightfor me was definitely the Pasta Espanola con Mariscos and the Mariscos de la Casa. Both dishes were flavored perfectly but I dowish they gave us more bread so that I could soak up all the juices. The service wasn't the best, but I could also tell thatthey were pretty understaffed considering how busy it was. Our server was very helpful and gave us great recommendations aswell. I would highly recommend making a reservation through their website as well. While I was waiting to speak to the hostess, several groups in front of me were trying to do walk-ins and all of them had to wait up to an hour. Don't take the risk and makea reservation if you can! I'm sad I wasn't able to try their Paellas but hopefully I'll be back soon! Read more
