Very disappointed in their idea of "family". I recently attended a baby shower there. Because it didn't fit in with THEIR idea... of a proper time frame, when the mother of the expectant-mother requested they move up the timetable for opening gifts and delaythe rest so that the great-grandmother-to-be (who was experiencing health issues) could be there for it, she was told byBellissimo's staff she couldn't start the gift opening until after the restaurant served the cake! The great-grandmother-to-becould not wait any longer and had to leave for health reasons, thereby being denied by the restaurant staff of what should havebeen a very special and joyful experience of watching her granddaughter open very special family heirloom gifts for her veryfirst great-grandchild. Family is much more important than cake. Shame on the restaurant staff! I'm outraged and will never setfoot in that place again. Read more
When I made reservation I told owner that a few weeks before I had dined at the restaurant and the entree came with side of... frozen vegetables. The party of 14 on this occasion also were served what I perceived to be frozen vegetables. The entrees werefine but the vegetables took a lot away from the dining experience.
