I can not rate you if you close early. 8:13 PM and you have your front door closed and the Open sign lit up. If you want to run... a successful business try sticking to your schedule you put out to the public. UPDATE* We tried both doors you were alreadycleaning at the time we were in the parking lot. This isn't a back-and-forth thing. Stick to your business schedule. Read more

Proceed with Caution. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the pizza did taste good when we finally got it, but the... entire customer service experience was awful. First, I was shocked when I went online to order at 5:30pm and it said 2+ hoursfor delivery-guess that means we're picking it up. That was 1+ hours, but better than 2. I ordered 4 pizzas and was told 7pmpick up. 7pm came-my friend went to pick it up and was told it would be 20 more minutes-they were behind. She paid andreturned back to her place around the corner where our gathering was happening. 7:20pm came-we sent our teens over to grab it. Total confusion began-it all went downhill from there as they first said we didn't pay for it so wouldn't give it to us until wepaid, then said it was given to someone else and they paid for it, so we still owed money to get pizza. With receipt for proofeventually they agreed to bake more pizzas to be ready in 40 minutes. In the end we got our pizzas and our money back andfinally ate at 8:30pm. What a fiasco....no pizza is good enough to go through that again. As a sidenote, I now know anotherperson that experienced a similar thing so it doesn't seem that we are an isolated incident. Staying at an Air Bnb in monument, wanted to try something more local. I'm pretty impressed, we did in store pick up, and... immediately the smell makes you hungry, I ordered the artichoke pizza on NY style crust and the pepperoni on pan crust. Theartichoke pizza is heavenly! And thin crust is crispy and adds a lot to it. The pepperoni is pretty standard, but nothing wrongwith that! I'll definitely try it again sometime. Read more

We ordered 2 pizzas for takeout and were told to pick up at 6:50pm and currently at 7:40pm they finally gave us 1 of our pizzas,... and forgot about our second. For a pizza that is not very special, I am disappointed in the overwhelming lack of properexpectations or customer service. Keep in mind we still had to pay for everything, regardless of if we got it. This happened tous last time too, but we thought we would give them a second chance. Not again. Read more

As far as pizza goes in Monument there aren?t too many options. That in mind the pizza is on par with Old Chicago. The garlic... cheese bread is excellent. The flaky pizza crust is used throughout the recipes. Jalapeño poppers were great. We got thespecialty Spinach Artichoke pizza. Came out a bit colorless but the flavor was on point. Between this and OC the only thingholding Pies back is a lack in drink variety. If you have a sweet tooth you definitely want P&G. Couldn?t narrow down betweencheesecake and zeppoles. Got both, both were great. The order portions were great. Each course could have filled me up on myown. I will be leaving with plenty of leftovers. We didn?t try the gimmick of CBD infused goodies. Monument Pies and Grindershas a patio and the owners are dog friendly. If you are debating between this and Papa Johns or Dominos just give it a shot. 2people, all this food and no deal or discount, it was $54 before tip. They have some great deals we missed out on.
