Pizza was left on our front step and the delivery vehicle left an 18 inch by 6 inch oil stain on my driveway. The manager said... driver had rang the doorbell and tried to call. We had no missed phone calls and were in the house. I?m willing to give him thebenefit of a doubt on that and appreciated his offer to replace the pizza. The manager, Shane, said he?d work on the drivewayissue. After several days of going back and forth he basically said he still didn?t have an answer from his regional manager butif, in reality, his drivers car was leaking that badly it would have blown up by the end of his shift. I went and bought my ownpressure washer and cleaned up Papa Johns mess. Frustrating experience and my last order from this location. Read more
We called and placed order they said 35-45min. totally acceptable. Called 65 min. after placing order and told very abruptly... order was leaving store in 8min. NOPE !! So called back at 90min. rude immature girl was completely unprofessional andcondescending "why don't you come pick it up since that is the only way looks like you'll be happy"! She needs to be disciplinedand fired ! Called back third time, fake manager said she'd take care of it... NOT !! Well about 105min. after placing order thepizza arrived cold, nasty and more than likely spit on ! Nobody ate it ! Called Dominos, they got it right, timely and moreimportantly professionally !! I really prefer Papa John?s but this location doesn?t represent the brand well at all. I?ve given them multiple chances but... something is wrong with this location?go to the nearby Dominoes instead. Very inconsistent with cooking and the amount ofingredients. I always ask for extra sauce and they hardly put any sauce or ingredients on the pizzas (See picture). Read more
Traveling through with a group of scouts. Called our order in ahead it was ready when we walked in. Of course we didn?t order... enough and Shane was quick to help us get some more pizzas going! Very accommodating for our large group and very kind! Will beback for sure! Read more
