Menu for China House in Moore, OK

I wanted to put this out there to see if anyone else has had this issue with China House. If you do a delivery order and they... come to your house and they don't have change to provide you or if you pay by credit card then they call you house later and arevery demanding wanting your information again because the delivery person messed up on a neighbors order. I can understandcalling you and inquiring if you received the right order but to demand you give them your credit card information again or theywill block your number. Not only is that taking it too far but it is very suspicious especially when your order has already beenpaid for and you received exactly what you ordered, nothing more, nothing less. This has happened twice now to my family andboth phone calls were very demanding and beligerant. That is no way to conduct business and a very good way to get a bad reviewand possibly reported. Then arrangements were made for them to bring the check back by and we pay cash and they never showed up.Then they call later that evening and leave a voicemail and of course we are not home to get the call. The manager there is veryunprofessional and the help is very rude and hang up on you before you can finish the conversation or ask another question. Worst place. They said minimum price for delivery is $35 omg. And the lady was very rude. I request people to find another place... to eat rather than this one. Read more

I called in an order and asked if they still had time to deliver, was told yes after giving add. Paid on debit card. NO... Delivery. Called china house and no answer. They did not even have enough courtesy to call and tell me they were unable todeliver and would remove charges from my card. Will never use them again and would not recommend them. They deserve a -10. Ontop of that I told them I was a tax exempt 100 % disabled veteran and was told they could not accept my tax number over thephone which I told them I had done this before. Then the guy on the phone told me to come down to their shop and show them. AsI cannot drive this was not an option. They were rude and insulting . I will never bother with them again and hope otherpeople will stop going as well. Read more

The husband loves this place. Their kung pao and sweet and sour chicken is very good.
