I perform delivery driving with a popular third party app. Tonight I was not allowed to pick up an order from the Moore location... because I was not wearing a face mask (I no longer carry them since there are no longer any legitimate mandates left). I wasalready well into the store, the order was ready and sitting on the back counter, and no other person in the building (includingemployees) was wearing a mask, however the employee refused to hand the order to me. I offered to step outside and have ithanded to me or lift my shirt collar up to cover my face, but I was told that unless a face covering with ties was strapped ontomy face, she would not give me the order. They also did not have masks available for use. My customer has to wait longer thannecessary as someone else hagas to go get the order. Anne, Customer Relations - I dirct to you as you've responded to most of the other comments. Sorry to read this store has so... many low scores. Please don't tell me to go to the regional rep. You should be able to communicate with your own team membersgood or bad. My review is that during my trip yes delivery drivers still have to wear masks when no one else does. Just wrong!Please update policy to reflect current CDC recommendations. The screaming, demeaning lead/supervisor was not present, thankthe heavens! This time the staff used a lot of positive language, please and thank yous with each other member and to customers.Much improved from other visits. The lady at the register was not very welcoming. We ordered our sandwiches and I paid, did not get offered my receipt. When... we got our sandwiches my wife's was totally the wrong sandwich. She took it back up to the counter to let them know it wasn'tright, they told her they couldn't make her another one. They said just take the bacon off it's basically the same. My wifeasked for the manager, which was the lady at the register. She told my wife the club in a sub sandwich is the same a a hook andladder sandwich. The service here is AWFUL. The manager is the WORST part about this restaurant. Everyone who works here is rude, unpleasant and... SLOW. The manager requests that delivery drivers must wear a mask but the employees and the manager do not wear masks... Seemsvery hypocritical from my point of view. Also, delivery drivers do not work for Firehouse Subs... I am not sure why shediscriminates against delivery drivers. It is obvious that the manager of this store does not care about business or encouragingpeople to come back. Eventually delivery drivers will just avoid this location completely. After the experience I had with themanager I will not come back here to pick up orders. Why would people want to eat somewhere where everyone in the restaurantlooks and feels miserable, including the customers? Why is the behavior at this location allowed? The yelp reviews are more accurate for this store which is coasting on the good graces of a memory. Sadly I will be going to... subway from now on. I don't even like subway. Fire house please don't reach out. If you want to know what happened your storetook an online order failed to make it correctly and demanded that the sandwich be returned in order for a correction to bemade. Sandwich $10.99 My avg monthly fastfood budget $400+ I will be making my dinner and lunch choices elsewhere from nowon. I don't have time to miss dinner with my kids to return sandwiches that should have been made correctly the first time. Icertainly do not frequent businesses that can not do right by their customer.
