Literally a grease puddle, and I'm all for some grease but this was absolutely uneatable. Also ordered cheese bread and it was... dry with no cheese in sight. Read more
The receipt says "Gary". He wasn't friendly at all! No hello, no kind of welcome greeting whatsoever. More like I was a nuisance... than anything. He was all chit chat and nice with the woman in the drive thru but hardly wanted to acknowledge me standing therewaiting. Pizza was great, but with that customer service I definitely won't be spending more money at this location. Read more
Best pizza in metro & it's not even close.
We have been regular customers of the Pizza Shop for over a year, and always had fast service and great food until tonight. We... placed an order by phone, and when i went to pick it up, they could not find our order. I called my boyfriend to make sure heplaced the order at the right location; he did, because he has the number saved in his phone. After figuring out that a newemployee who was training on the register didn?t put our order in, they entered the order and got started on our pizza andwings. I went to go buy some cigarettes to pass the time, and came back and waited. Our pizza came out a few minutes later(overall time spent: about 50 minute; 25 for the initial order, and another 30 for the pizza and wings we received) and i askedif there was some way i could get a coupon for my wasted time and their mistake. I was told no. The ?manager?, Faith, was rudeand unapologetic, and when I told her she should really be supervising new employees on the register, she told me to ?have anice night? with a smirk. I told her we may be taking our business elsewhere. I called back after i got home and we ate thechewy pizza and soggy wings to ask for the owner?s name and number, as well as Faith?s name. She was short on the phone, seemedannoyed at my questions and comments, and tried to cut me off to speak to another customer when I told her how a typical traineeshould be supervised while taking orders, as this was the whole reason our order was messed up and took extra time to prepare.She told me to have a nice night once again, still not apologizing for the mistake. I told her to have a nice f$&*%#g night aswell. This place was our go-to for over a year, probably closer to two. The pizza wasn?t always perfect, but it wasaffordable and usually pretty good. The pizza tonight was underdone, and our experience will make us think twice about orderingagain.
