Gave this place a 2 star rating instead of 1 just on the strength that the cashier lady is extremely sweet. But this place is... hit or a miss but mostly a miss. Ask for a crispy hashbrown and it comes out soggy and falling apart. Ask for a "TOASTED" bageland it comes out cold with a huge blob sized block of unspread cream cheese. I absolutely hate fast food but this place almostalways makes me throw my food out and go next door to McDonald's to buy breakfast for a second time. This place is THE BEST IN THE AREA!! You walk into fresh (baked in-house daily) bagels on display, you can even smell the... delicious aroma in the air!! Someone will greet you and take your order, IMMEDIATELY!! Today, the staff was pretty busy, so THEOWNER was right there; he took AND prepared my order ????????
